ICEIT 2016 Program
Present the work

1- ICEIT 2016 presenters should report to their session room 15 minutes before the scheduled time

2- Presenters have to provide the session chairman with their presentations on a USB key one hour before the scheduled time.

3- Presenters should prepare to present their work and answer audiences questions within 15 minutes (10 minute presentation, 5 minutes for questions and discussion).

4- Authors of posters must prepare their presentation in Professional Template for a 75x100 poster presentation with blue color.

N.B: Papers which will not be presented at the conference WILL NOT be considered for inclusion in IEEEXplore and the registration fees WILL NOT be refunded.

3- Copyright
The copyright clearance code (978-1-4673-8469-8/16/$31.00 ©2016 IEEE) MUST appear (without parentheses) on the bottom center of the first page of your final manuscript. This should be submitted through Easychair by April, 3th 2016. Late submissions cannot be included in the proceedings. For the final submission, a filled/signed IEEE copyright form is required for each paper. The form is downloadable at: http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/ieeecopyrightform.pdf It must be scanned and emailed to: iceit16@enset-space.org

4- Register
Return to the conference website, visit the registration page and register before the registration deadline of April, 3th 2016. Presenters must register latest by the final submission deadline to have their paper included in the proceedings. The acceptance of your paper is made with the understanding that at least one author will PRE-REGISTER and make the necessary payment. IEEE has strict policy on no-show; one of the authors or their representatives need to present the paper at the Conference. Failure to do so without valid reasons will risk the paper from being included in the IEEE Xplore database.
